  • Requirements

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop optimization strategies that increase organic keyword/search term results rankings and communicate SEO findings across teams.
    • Research SEO keywords to use in product listings across varying content categories such as beauty, skincare, supplements and hair care
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with the performance marketing team to establish SEO strategies and best practices
    • Works with content team to build out optimized listings: landing pages, product descriptions and backend search terms
    • Serve as keyword ranking expert - work with Manager to lead discussions with teams, ensure progress and data performance is reported regularly
    • Monitor metrics to understand SEO strategy performance following a 120 day post product launch plan
    • Work with Performance Marketing team to execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights to assist in PPC initiatives
    • Perform ongoing analysis on product ranking performance and make recommendations to update and expand optimization including competitor analysis across search term results

    Experience:

    • 1-2 years SEO Experience (a plus)
    • Working knowledge of Amazon & Amazon Seller Central (a plus, not required)
    • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms (Amazon A9 a plus)
    • Solid understanding of basic performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition
    • Experience with Helium 10 and DataHawk is a plus

    Qualifications:

    • Self-motivated and Analytically minded
    • Strong technical, research skills and attention to detail
    • Strong Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
    • Communicates clearly and effectively
    • Intellectual curiosity that translates into innovative thought and execution of new ideas
    • Ability to work on many projects and priorities simultaneously
    • Able to react quickly and adapt to changing priorities

    Salary Range : $60,000 - $65,000
