    Role Overview:

    As the Senior Copywriter at Front Row's Strategy & Design division, you will report to the VP of Brand Strategy and work alongside the Associate Director, Brand Strategy. Together, you will be responsible for driving the success of top-tier beauty brand partnerships. Your role will involve providing guidance to clients, internal teams, and industry partners to position Front Row as an industry leader. You will be instrumental in crafting and implementing brand positioning, naming, messaging strategies, and campaigns that deeply connect with audiences, ultimately increasing both market share and brand affinity for our clients.

    Role Responsibilities:

    Brand Strategy Development:

    • Partner with the Brand Strategy team to lead the development of holistic brand strategies, including brand creation and evolution projects.
    • Define and articulate brand positioning in line with client goals and current market trends.
    • Create compelling, distinctive key internal and external messaging and supportive narratives that reinforce brand positioning and drive customer engagement.

    Campaign:

    • Collaborate with creative teams to translate strategic objectives into impactful brand campaigns. 
    • Craft compelling campaign narratives and taglines that resonate with target audiences, driving engagement and brand loyalty.
    • Develop multi-channel campaign content, ensuring a cohesive voice and message across digital, social, print, and experiential platforms.

    Naming: 

    • Develop strategically-aligned and memorable names at both the brand, collection, and product level that capture the essence of the brand, resonate with target audiences, and differentiate in the market.
    • Perform comprehensive research to ensure name uniqueness, cultural relevance, and alignment with brand values.
    • Conduct linguistic and cultural checks to identify any potential issues with name interpretation across different markets.

    Market Analysis And Optimization:

    • audiences, and competitive landscapes.
    • Utilize research findings to inform and enhance brand strategy and messaging frameworks.
    • Stay ahead of market trends and emerging opportunities to develop forward-thinking brand solutions.

    Presentation & Storytelling:

    • Develop strong relationships as a strategic partner and advisor to high-profile accounts and partnerships.
    • Present confidently and effectively, using storytelling to convey strategic narratives in a compelling way.

    Client Collaboration:

    • Engage with clients to understand their objectives, provide strategic guidance, and align brand strategies with their vision.
    • Build and nurture lasting client relationships, serving as a thought partner and trusted advisor.
    • Ensure that brand messaging not only meets but exceeds client expectations.

    Team Culture:

    • Foster a creative and innovative team culture that facilitates the successful execution of brand strategies.
    • Promote collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the team.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field; a Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is a plus.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand strategy, with a track record of successful brand positioning and messaging for leading brands.
    • Proven experience in a growing role within a branding or marketing agency, with a strong focus on beauty brands.
    • Exceptional client relationship management skills.
    • Ability to evoke feelings through writing. 
    • Deep knowledge of brand strategy, development, and marketing.
    • Naming experience required.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex strategic challenges.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to adapt to changing industry trends and market dynamics.
    • A strategic thinker with a passion for challenging the status quo and driving transformative change in the branding industry.

    SALARY RANGE - $100,000-120,000
