    About our Digital Marketing - Consumer Team: 

    We look at the digital space with a wide-angle lens – making us uniquely qualified to expand and elevate our client’s digital reach while delivering consistency across performance marketing, social marketing, influencer marketing, email marketing and CRM.   

    The CRM team is currently looking for a motivated HubSpot CRM Manager (f/m/d) to develop, implement, and optimize CRM strategies for our diverse range of agency clients.  

    The position is full-time and located in Hamburg. 

    How would you spend your time if you join us?  

    • Developing and Implementing CRM Strategies: You work closely with our B2B clients to create and execute CRM strategies that align with their unique business needs 
    • Customizing HubSpot CRM: You configure and tailor HubSpot CRM to meet our clients’ requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other marketing tools and platforms 
    • Database Management: You manage and maintain CRM databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity 
    • Analyzing Customer Interactions: You leverage CRM data to analyze customer interactions and behavior, providing actionable insights as well as recommendations 
    • Workflow Automation: You create and manage effective workflow automations within HubSpot to enhance efficiency and customer engagement 
    • Reporting and Decision-Making: You generate comprehensive reports and insights to assist clients in data-driven decision-making 
    • Client Training and Support: You conduct training sessions for clients on using HubSpot CRM and provide ongoing support to optimize their CRM usage 
  • Requirements

    Who Are You?  

    To be able to succeed as a HubSpot CRM Manager for our clients, you possess a mix of technical skills, interpersonal abilities and strategic thinking:  

    • Technical Proficiency in CRM Platforms: Strong expertise in HubSpot CRM, including a deep understanding of its features, customization options, and integration capabilities with other marketing tools 
    • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret customer data to draw actionable insights. This includes proficiency in data management, reporting, and making data-driven recommendations 
    • Strategic Thinking: Capable of developing and implementing effective CRM strategies that align with diverse client needs and business goals 
    • Project Management Skills: Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously, including planning, execution, and monitoring of CRM initiatives 
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions, team collaboration, and training sessions at least in English, German would be a plus  
    • Problem-Solving Abilities: Aptitude for identifying challenges within CRM systems or strategies and devising effective solutions 
    • Client-Focused Approach: Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to understand and meet client needs, and manage client expectations effectively 
    • Adaptability and Learning Agility: Openness to continually learn and adapt to new CRM trends, technologies, and client industries 
    • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, especially in database management and in creating targeted customer segmentation
