    Intro:

    We are hiring a Director of Corporate Strategy to partner closely with Front Row’s executive team on key strategic initiatives and help guide the company’s next phase of growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings structured thinking to complex problems, and drives clarity at the leadership level.

    Description:

    • Partner with the C-Suite and senior leadership to define and execute corporate, divisional, and functional strategies
    • Translate complex qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights and actionable priorities
    • Own and drive Front Row’s operating cadence, including annual planning, strategic priorities, and OKRs
    • Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives from ideation through execution (e.g., AI, competitive intelligence, new expansion opportunities)
    • Lead executive-level communications, including board materials and strategy updates
  • Requirements

    • 7–10 years of relevant experience in strategy, business operations, or consulting
    • Background includes:
      • 2+ years in management consulting
      • 2+ years in a startup, scale-up, or high-growth environment
    • Strong ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights
    • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels, from junior team members to executives
    • Excellent project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives
    • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of financial and operational drivers
    • Action-oriented, with the ability to move quickly from insight to execution in a fast-paced environment
    • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, high-growth business 
    • Experience in consumer brands, ecommerce, marketplaces, or agency environments preferred
    • Highly structured thinker with strong communication and storytelling skills
    • Based in New York (or willing to relocate)

    SALARY: $160,000 - $180,000 + bonus
