Your MISSION in this role will be to lead a high-performing team of senior B2B marketing consultants, own the strategy and commercial performance of your department, and deliver sophisticated, tailored marketing solutions to a portfolio of large-scale B2B businesses — all while staying at the cutting edge of an industry that never stands still.
How would you spend your time if you join us?
ABOUT 30% @ TEAM LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT:
Lead, mentor and manage a team of 6 senior B2B marketing consultants, each specialising across disciplines including marketing strategy, CRO, BI & Analytics, and AI process development
Run regular 1-2-1s, support your seniors on complex client challenges, and create an environment where experienced professionals can do their best work
Coach your team on how to navigate difficult client conversations, deliver high-quality consulting outputs, and continuously raise the bar on what great looks like
Foster a culture of curiosity, accountability and collaboration across a multi-disciplinary team
ABOUT 30% @ CLIENT WORK & CONSULTING:Work directly with a portfolio of mature, large-scale B2B businesses — across SaaS, services, and e-commerce — to build complex, tailored marketing solutions
Support your team in managing senior client relationships, stepping in where your expertise and seniority adds the most value
Translate deep data analysis into strategic recommendations that drive meaningful business outcomes for clients
Bring a growth hacking mindset to non-standard problems — moving beyond playbook tactics to design creative, high-impact approaches that fit the unique challenges each client faces
Hold fluent, peer-level conversations with your clients' leadership teams across the full B2B marketing funnel: from strategic planning and traffic acquisition, through CRO, lead and demand generation, CRM nurturing, sales processes and RevOps
ABOUT 25% @ DEPARTMENT STRATEGY & INTERNAL LEADERSHIP:
Take ownership of your department as a business within a business — with genuine P&L responsibility and a high degree of autonomy in how you hit your objectives
Drive department strategy, contribute to revenue goal-setting, and ensure your team is structured and equipped to deliver against those goals
Develop and continuously improve internal processes that make your team faster, smarter, and more effective
Collaborate with the B2B Managing Director and Head of Slovak Office to align department priorities with company-wide direction
ABOUT 15% @ YOUR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT & LEARNING:Dedicate structured time to learning new tactics, tools, and skills that directly support your role and the evolving needs of your clients
Stay at the cutting edge of B2B marketing — from emerging AI applications to new approaches in demand generation, RevOps, and beyond
Contribute to the company's internal knowledge base and help elevate the expertise of the broader team through what you learn
Who Are You?
You have excellent communications skills in English, both written and oral (minimum level C1)
You have proven success working with B2B clients across most of the following: marketing strategy, paid acquisition (LinkedIn, Google, Meta), conversion rate optimisation, lead and demand generation, CRM and email nurturing, sales processes, RevOps, BI & Analytics, and AI-driven workflow development
You are an absolute expert in at least several of these disciplines, and have a solid working knowledge of the others — enough to hold a credible, eye-level conversation with a CMO or VP Marketing about any of them
You have experience leading or managing a team of marketing professionals, and you know what it takes to get the best out of experienced, senior people
You are an exceptional communicator — in written English, in meetings, and in high-stakes client conversations where you need to be both empathic and clear
You are comfortable navigating sensitive conversations about business performance with client leadership teams, and you know how to be diplomatically direct
You are a master storyteller with data — your PowerPoint decks don't just report numbers, they build a narrative and drive decisions
You are analytical and commercially minded — you love digging into the numbers to understand what's really happening and what to do about it
You think like an entrepreneur — you're energised by the idea of running your own business unit, owning outcomes, and having real influence over how success is achieved
You are curious by nature and constantly looking to grow — you don't wait to be told what to learn next
You are calm under pressure, highly organised, and able to hold multiple priorities at once without dropping the ball
Not a dealbreaker, but would be great if you also have:Proficiency in German
Hands-on experience with tools including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Power BI, Google Analytics, and AI productivity platforms

Starting salary is from 3800 EUR gross per month (* the final salary offered will be based on the candidate's experience)
This is a full-time role based in Bratislava. We only offer a standard employment contract (TPP), no freelance/živnosť.
