We’re building out our internal IT function and looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and scale our technology infrastructure across our NYC headquarters, San Diego office, and globally distributed team.

Description:
IT Strategy & Operations
Build and lead Front Row’s internal IT function, including policies, processes, and systems across all offices and remote teams
Establish scalable IT practices that support a fast-growing, distributed organization
Infrastructure & Systems Management
Manage endpoint lifecycle across a hybrid Mac and Windows environment
Own identity and access management across Google Workspace and Azure AD, including SSO, MDM, and provisioning
Oversee network infrastructure, including wireless and switching environments
Security & Compliance
Develop and enforce IT security policies aligned with SOC 2 and broader compliance requirements
Ensure endpoint security, patching, and access controls are consistently maintained
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Partner with Finance, Legal, and Operations on vendor contracts, licensing, and IT spend
Evaluate and manage MSPs or co-managed IT partners for regional and global support
Support & Team Leadership
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for a distributed workforce
Manage and mentor Desktop Support resources and future IT hires
Act as escalation point for complex technical issues and business-critical outages
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience
5–8 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or management role
Experience supporting a high-growth, distributed environment (agency, startup, or multi-site organization preferred)
Strong knowledge of Google Workspace administration, Azure AD, and MDM platforms
Hands-on experience with network infrastructure and systems management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a PE-backed or rapidly scaling organization
Familiarity with Aruba, Fortinet, or similar networking technologies
Experience with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001

Salary: $150,000 - $180,000
