About our Digital Marketing - B2B Team

We're the team that used to be BizMut, now merged under Front Row.

We’re numbers-driven performance marketers who focus on our B2B clients’ pipeline revenue and bottom-line value. We specialize in building and executing performance marketing strategies for B2B clients with long sales cycles and complex customer journeys.

    More about the role

Are you a marketing professional with a passion for B2B strategy — someone who wants to do more than just execute, but actually shape the thinking behind it?

Do you have foundational experience across paid platforms like LinkedIn Ads or Google Ads, and the drive to grow your knowledge across the full B2B marketing mix — from demand generation and CRM to analytics and conversion rate optimisation?

Are you excited about working shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced senior consultants, contributing your own ideas to real client strategies, and building a career in one of the most dynamic corners of the marketing world?

If these are the challenges you want to be tackling, we are sure the position of (Junior) Performance Marketing Consultant on our B2B Team will be a great fit for you!

How would you spend your time if you join us?

    ABOUT 35% @ STRATEGY SUPPORT & DEVELOPMENT:

    • Work closely alongside senior B2B marketing strategy consultants to research, structure and build out comprehensive marketing strategy decks and deliverables

    • Translate the strategic thinking and direction of senior consultants into clear, well-structured presentations that clients can act on

    • Contribute your own analytical thinking and ideas to strategy development — this is not a passive support role, your perspective matters

    • Help identify gaps and opportunities in clients' existing marketing frameworks, and bring forward well-reasoned recommendations for how to improve them

    • Support the team in keeping strategies up to date as client goals, market conditions, and performance data evolve

ABOUT 30% @ CAMPAIGN EXECUTION & PLATFORM MANAGEMENT:

    • Support the execution of B2B marketing strategies across paid platforms including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant paid channels

    • Help set up, monitor, and optimise campaigns in line with clients' objectives, working under the guidance of senior consultants

    • Analyse campaign and channel performance data, flag what's working and what isn't, and contribute to decisions on how to course-correct

    • Explore and test alternative and emerging paid marketing platforms where relevant to client needs

ABOUT 20% @ CLIENT SUPPORT & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:

    • Support senior consultants in managing day-to-day client relationships — attending meetings, preparing materials, and following up on actions

    • Bring your own voice to client interactions — sharing observations, raising questions, and contributing ideas on how marketing frameworks can be strengthened

    • Help prepare client-facing reports, presentations, and updates that communicate progress and next steps clearly and compellingly

    • Build trust with client stakeholders over time by showing up consistently, communicating proactively, and delivering quality work

ABOUT 15% @ YOUR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT & LEARNING:

    • Invest dedicated time in developing your knowledge across the B2B marketing disciplines your clients and team work with

    • Learn from experienced senior consultants who work across marketing strategy, CRO, BI & Analytics, demand generation, CRM, and AI-driven processes — you'll be surrounded by people you can genuinely learn from

    • Take advantage of access to tools like Langdock, giving you hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI platforms and LLMs in a real-world consulting context

    • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing — what you learn has value for the whole team

    Who Are You?

    • You have 1–2 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or a closely related field — enough to hit the ground running, but you don't need to have seen it all yet

    • You are fluent in English (C1 minimum, written and spoken)

    • You have working knowledge across some of the following areas and at least some professional hands-on experience in a few of them: paid social (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads), paid search (Google Ads), marketing strategy, CRM and email nurturing (e.g. HubSpot), conversion rate optimisation, demand generation, or marketing analytics

    • You are a strong communicator — in writing, in presentations, and in client-facing conversations where clarity and confidence matter

    • You are comfortable working in a client-facing environment and are not shy about sharing your perspective, even in the presence of more experienced colleagues

    • You are analytical and detail-oriented — you enjoy digging into data, spotting patterns, and translating numbers into clear, actionable conclusions

    • You can build polished, well-structured PowerPoint presentations that tell a story with data rather than just reporting it

    • You are curious, proactive, and driven to improve — you don't wait to be told what to learn and you take your own development seriously

    • You are highly organised and able to manage multiple workstreams at once without losing track of the details

    • You are empathic and emotionally intelligent — you understand that client relationships require care, and you know how to navigate conversations with sensitivity and professionalism

Not a dealbreaker, but would be great if you also have:

    • Experience working in a B2B-focused agency or consultancy environment

    • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Power BI, or AI productivity platforms

    • Proficiency in German

    • An interest in or exposure to growth hacking, RevOps, or demand generation concepts

    What's in it for you?

    • Starting salary in the range of 1800-2800 EUR gross per month (* the final salary offered will be based on the candidate's experience)

    • This is a full-time role based in Bratislava. We only offer a standard employment contract (TPP), no freelance/živnosť.

    • Employee Wellbeing Program – Work & Life Coaching & Counselling with our external partner
